Case study
Palm Hills: more than $1 billion contracted in one week
Hacienda Ras El Hekma, North Coast.
Sakneen managed the launch of Hacienda Ras El Hekma for Palm Hills Developments. More than one billion US dollars of sales were contracted in the first week, across a sales force of 500 people working from one live inventory, and the time taken to complete the launch fell by two thirds.

The problem
A launch of this size is not a selling problem, it is a concurrency problem. Five hundred salespeople, one inventory, and a buyer pool large enough that any unit a salesperson describes may already be held by a colleague in the next room — or by a brokerage in another city.
Run manually, that produces the failure everyone in the market recognises: the same unit promised twice, prices quoted from a list that moved an hour ago, and a reconciliation that takes days to establish what was actually sold.
What changed
Sakneen ran the launch off live inventory. Holds were enforced on the record — one unit, one owner, one expiry — so two salespeople could not sell the same home. Offers were generated from the unit record rather than assembled by hand, so every price and payment plan going out was the approved one at the moment it was issued.
The release plan was configured in the system rather than coordinated by phone, which is what let a 500-person sales force work the same inventory without a queue forming behind a single administrator.

Frequently asked questions
- What does 'Sakneen managed the launch' mean?
- Sakneen configured and ran the launch operationally: the release plan, the live inventory the sales force sold from, the hold rules that prevent double sales, and one-click offer generation. The commercial decisions — pricing, mix, release order — remained Palm Hills'.
- How did 500 salespeople work the same inventory at once?
- Availability and holds are enforced on the unit record rather than coordinated between people. A hold has one owner and an expiry, so the system refuses the second claim on a unit instead of an administrator adjudicating it after the fact.
- What does 'launch time cut by two thirds' measure?
- The elapsed time to complete the launch against the equivalent process before Sakneen. It is a process-duration comparison from Sakneen platform data, not an audited figure.
