Launches

Sakneen runs a developer's launch day off live inventory. Release rules, holds and queueing are enforced by the system, offers are generated in one click, and reservations are taken with payment attached — so the release plan survives contact with a thousand simultaneous buyers.

What breaks on launch day

Launches fail operationally, not commercially. The units sell; the record of what sold to whom, at what price, on what plan, is what falls apart — because it was being kept by hand while a hundred conversations happened at once.

Sakneen makes the system the referee. A unit can be held by exactly one salesperson, an offer can only be issued at an approved price, and a reservation is only complete when its payment is.

The sequence

  1. 01

    Configure the release

Define which phases, buildings and unit types open, in what order, at what prices, and to which channels — in-house team, named brokerages, or both.

  2. 02

    Open on the clock

Inventory opens at the release time. Everything before it is visible but not sellable, so brokers can brief clients without transacting early.

  3. 03

    Hold, offer, reserve

Salespeople hold a unit, generate the offer instantly, and take the reservation payment through Sakneen Checkout in the same flow.

  4. 04

    Watch it live

Management sees absorption by phase and channel as it happens, and can release the next tranche without waiting for a reconciliation.

Frequently asked questions

Can we stage a release across channels?
Yes. Release rules are per channel, so an in-house team can open ahead of brokerages, or a specific brokerage can be given early access to a defined tranche, without duplicating the inventory.
What happens if a client's payment fails?
The hold stays with that client until it expires, then the unit returns to inventory automatically. Nothing is manually released, so nothing is forgotten in a held state after the launch.
How many concurrent users does a launch support?
Launches are the workload Sakneen is sized for, with the whole sales floor and connected brokerages transacting simultaneously. Capacity is confirmed against your expected volume during launch planning.
