Integrations
Sakneen connects to the systems a developer already runs rather than replacing them. Unit availability, holds, reservations and payment status synchronize with the CRM and ERP; payments run through existing gateways; and the full record is readable by a data warehouse through the API.
What synchronizes where
| System | Direction | Data |
|---|---|---|
| CRM | Two-way | Units, availability, holds, reservations, client records, salesperson assignment |
| ERP / finance | Two-way | Contract values, instalment schedules, payment status, collections |
| Payment gateway | Outbound | Reservation and instalment payments through Sakneen Checkout |
| Data warehouse / BI | Outbound | Full unit, offer and transaction records through the API |
| WhatsApp Business | Two-way | Client conversations, offer delivery, payment reminders |
| Identity provider | Inbound | Single sign-on and role assignment for staff users |
Share your CRM, ERP and payment systems during your introduction so the team can confirm the supported integration scope.
How an integration is built
Sakneen maps your unit codes to records first — that mapping is the integration, and everything else follows from it. Fields are then nominated as read, write or two-way, so nothing overwrites a system of record you intend to keep authoritative.
Where a system has no usable API, Sakneen ingests scheduled exports and reconciles them, which is slower but keeps the record honest about how current it is.
Frequently asked questions
- Which CRMs are supported?
- Sakneen integrates through APIs rather than through a fixed connector list, and has run against the CRMs most common among Egyptian developers. Bring the system you have to a call and we will confirm the mapping before you commit.
- What if our ERP cannot expose an API?
- Scheduled file exchange is supported. The record then carries the timestamp of its last reconciliation, so a user sees how current the data is rather than assuming it is live.
- Can we build our own integration?
- Yes. The API exposes the same records the first-party integrations use — see the developer documentation.
