Our position in the data relationship
For a developer's inventory, Sakneen is a custodian of the developer's own commercial data and does not use it to advise another developer. For client personal data, Sakneen is a processor acting on the developer's instructions.
Aggregate market statistics are published only where a developer's contract permits it, and only under the suppression rules in the published index methodology.

Frequently asked questions
- Is our inventory used to train models?
- A developer's inventory is not used to advise or inform another customer. Any use of customer data beyond providing the service requires that customer's agreement in the contract.
- Can we get a security review?
- Yes. Security questionnaires and reviews are part of enterprise procurement — raise it with your account contact at the start rather than the end.
