Reservations

A Sakneen reservation runs end to end in one flow: hold the unit, issue the offer, collect the reservation payment, and write the result back to the CRM. The unit leaves inventory the moment payment succeeds, so what the rest of the team sees is what is genuinely available.

The gap between agreement and record

The window between a client agreeing and the reservation being recorded is where inventory integrity is lost. It is measured in hours, and in that window a second salesperson can sell the same unit in good faith.

Closing the loop in one flow removes the window. The hold, the offer, the payment and the CRM write are one transaction rather than four handoffs.

Frequently asked questions

Can a client reserve without a salesperson present?
Yes, where you enable Sakneen Checkout. The client completes the reservation payment from a link, and the unit state changes on the same rules as an in-person reservation.
What happens to a cancelled reservation?
The unit returns to available inventory and the cancellation is recorded against the unit and the client, so the history is visible when the unit sells again.
