Launch day

A launch puts a year of sales through a single day, and the record of what sold to whom is what usually breaks. Sakneen runs the launch off live inventory with enforced holds, staged releases by channel, one-click offers and reservation payments, with absorption visible as it happens.

Make the system the referee

On launch day the constraint is not demand, it is truth: whether the unit a salesperson is describing is still available, and whether the price they are quoting is the approved one.

When holds, prices and release rules are enforced by the record, both questions stop being matters of coordination.

The pieces

Staged releases

Open phases and unit types on a clock, per channel, without duplicating inventory.

Enforced holds

One hold per unit, with an owner and an expiry, released automatically.

Frequently asked questions

How far ahead should we plan a launch on Sakneen?
Inventory, masterplan and release rules should be configured and rehearsed before launch week. Onboarding a new project takes up to 14 days, so plan the launch behind that.
Can brokerages sell in the launch?
Yes, on your rules. Release timing is per channel, so brokerages can open with your in-house team or on a delay.
What reporting do we get on the day?
Absorption by phase, unit type and channel, live, so the next tranche can be released on evidence rather than on a reconciliation the following morning.
