Twelve hours is the interesting number
Seven hundred million dollars in three days is the headline, but the twelve hours in front of it is the part that is hard to do. A tower launch has to be modelled before it can be sold: every unit in every tower, its floor and orientation, the payment plans it qualifies for, and the release rules that decide what opens when.
Getting that from a brief to a sellable system inside a working day is what let Tatweer Misr open on the date it had announced rather than the date its inventory was ready.
Selling vertical inventory
Towers price differently from a compound. Floor level, aspect and sea view move the number materially, and a buyer's question is usually comparative — the same unit two floors up, or the same floor facing the marina. That is a filtering problem, and it only works if the inventory behind the filter is live.
Running the launch on unit records meant a salesperson could answer that question in the room, generate the offer against the answer, and take the reservation without leaving the conversation.

Frequently asked questions
- How can a launch go live in 12 hours?
- Because the work is data modelling rather than software configuration. Sakneen's team takes the unit schedule, the payment plans and the release rules and builds the records; there is no implementation project to run first.
- Is 12 hours typical?
- No — it is the fastest on record. The published maximum is 14 days from signature to live inventory, and that is the figure to plan against. Twelve hours was possible because the unit schedule arrived clean.
- Does Sakneen handle tower inventory differently from a compound?
- The record is the same; the fields that matter change. Floor, aspect, view and tower carry the price differentiation in vertical inventory, so those are what the filters and the offers lead on.
