Analytics
Sakneen analytics computes absorption, price realization, channel contribution and sales-team performance directly from the unit records your team transacts on. The board pack and the sales floor read the same numbers, because there is no separate reporting copy of the data.
What is measured
| Measure | Definition | Cut by |
|---|---|---|
| Absorption | Units contracted in a period as a share of units released | Phase, unit type, payment plan, channel |
| Price realization | Contracted price against list price | Unit type, phase, discount band |
| Inventory age | Days a unit has been available since release | Phase, unit type, price band |
| Channel contribution | Share of contracted value by sales channel | In-house team, named brokerage, direct |
| Team performance | Offers issued, reservations taken, conversion at each step | Salesperson, team, period |
| Collections | Instalments due, collected and overdue | Project, client, ageing bucket |
Why it agrees with finance
Reporting disagreements are usually definitional: two teams counting a reservation at different moments. Sakneen publishes the definition alongside every measure and computes it from the transaction record, so the argument moves from whose number is right to what the number implies.
Frequently asked questions
- Can we export to our own BI stack?
- Yes. The same records are available through the API for your data warehouse, so Sakneen's dashboards and your internal reporting compute from one source rather than two extracts.
- How current are the numbers?
- They reflect the live records. A reservation taken on the sales floor is in the analytics immediately, not after an overnight batch.
