Collections
Sakneen attaches the instalment schedule to the unit record, so the system knows what is due, what is late and who owns the relationship. Clients receive reminders before the due date on the channel they use, and management sees the collections position without a manual reconciliation.
Collections is a sales problem
Off-plan sales in Egypt are financed by instalments, which makes collection performance as commercially important as absorption. It is usually run from a finance spreadsheet with no connection to the salesperson who has the client's trust.
Sakneen puts the schedule where the relationship is. The salesperson's assistant knows the instalment is due, the client hears about it early, and finance sees the same position in real time.
How a cycle runs
- 01
Schedule attaches on reservation
The payment plan chosen at reservation becomes a dated instalment schedule on the unit record.
- 02
Reminders go early
Clients get a reminder ahead of the due date in Arabic or English, on WhatsApp or email, under your templates.
- 03
Payment is captured
Where Checkout is enabled, the client can pay from the reminder itself rather than arranging a transfer.
- 04
Exceptions escalate
Overdue instalments surface to the owning salesperson and their manager with the ageing and the contact history attached.
Frequently asked questions
- Does this replace our finance system?
- No. Sakneen holds the schedule and drives the client communication; the ledger stays in your ERP, and payment status synchronizes between the two.
- Can reminders be turned off per client?
- Yes. Reminder policy is configurable per project and can be suspended for an individual client — for example while a rescheduling is being negotiated.
