The AI Brain

Absorption, pricing, campaigns and team performance, read together.

The Sakneen AI Brain reads a developer's absorption, pricing, campaign spend and sales-team performance as a single dataset rather than four separate reports. It surfaces where a phase is running ahead of or behind its absorption curve, where price is suppressing conversion, and what to release next.

Why four reports is three too many

Absorption lives in a sales report, pricing in a commercial model, campaign performance in a marketing dashboard, and team activity in the CRM. Each is correct on its own and none of them answers the actual question, which is what to price, release or push this week.

Because Sakneen already holds the unit record every one of those numbers derives from, the Brain can read them jointly. A recommendation always shows the records behind it — the specific units, the specific week, the specific price points.

What it recommends

Pricing

Where realized price is diverging from list, which unit types are clearing at a discount, and where a price point sits past the level at which conversion falls away.

Absorption

Which phases are ahead of or behind their absorption plan, and how much runway remains in the current release at the current rate.

Inventory

What to release next given what is clearing, which unit mix is under-supplied against demand, and where inventory is ageing.

Every recommendation is auditable

A recommendation you cannot check is a guess with better typography. Each card opens onto the underlying records — the units counted, the period compared, the definition of absorption used — so a commercial director can disagree with it on the evidence rather than on instinct.

Frequently asked questions

Does the AI Brain set prices automatically?
No. It recommends, and a human decides. Prices change through the same approval path they already follow; the Brain's role is to make the case visible earlier and with the underlying units attached.
What data does it read?
Your own unit records, transactions, holds and sales activity inside Sakneen, plus campaign spend where you connect it. It does not read another developer's inventory, and your data is not used to advise anyone else.
How much history does it need?
Absorption and pricing signals need a few months of transactions to be meaningful. Inventory and mix analysis are useful from the first synchronized unit list, because they describe what you hold rather than how it has been selling.
