Resale

Resale in Egypt's primary market is slowed by paperwork: proving what the unit is, what has been paid, and what the developer still owes the buyer. When the home already has a digital record, that evidence exists, and the transaction becomes a transfer of the record rather than a reconstruction of it.

What a record removes from a resale

A resale today reassembles facts that were already known: the unit's specification, its payment schedule and what has been settled, its delivery status, its warranty position. Each is reconstructed from documents held by three different parties.

Sakneen's unit record already holds them, versioned and auditable, which is what makes a transfer possible rather than an investigation.

Resale capability depends on the developer's contract terms and on Sakneen Home, which is not yet generally available. This page describes the intended model rather than a shipped feature — join the waitlist to be told when it opens.

Frequently asked questions

Is resale available today?
Not as a product. The unit record makes it possible, and Sakneen Home is the surface where it will be delivered; both the record and the waitlist exist now.
Who approves a resale?
The developer, under its own contract terms. Sakneen holds the evidence a resale needs; it does not change who has the right to consent to one.
What data does a buyer see?
The unit's specification, delivery and community terms, and its payment position — with personal data of the previous owner excluded.
