Sakneen Home — a wallet of homes

Every unit you own, in one place. Waitlist open ahead of general availability.

Sakneen Home is where a homeowner holds the units they own: floor plans, payment schedule, warranty, delivery status and community information for each one, in a single place. Furnishing and home management can be arranged from the same record. It is in development, with a waitlist open now.

The record follows the home to its owner

The developer built a digital record for the home and the agent sold against it. When the keys are handed over, that record currently stops — and the owner inherits a folder of PDFs, a WhatsApp group and a payment schedule on paper.

Sakneen Home is the third stack: the same unit record, now held by the person who owns it.

What it holds

The unit

Floor plans, finishing specification, delivery date, and the documents that came with the purchase.

The money

Instalment schedule, what has been paid, what is due, and maintenance deposit status.

The community

Compound information, service charges, and the announcements that currently live in a group chat.

Furnishing and home management

Because the record already knows the unit's geometry, finishing specification and delivery date, furnishing and management can be arranged against real dimensions and a real handover date rather than a site visit and a tape measure.

Frequently asked questions

Is Sakneen Home available now?
Not yet. It is in development with a waitlist open. Availability will roll out by compound, starting with communities whose developers already run on Sakneen.
Do I need my developer to use Sakneen?
It is how the record arrives complete. Where a developer already runs on Sakneen, your unit's plans, payment plan and delivery data are there from day one; elsewhere more is entered by hand.
What does it cost?
Pricing has not been set. The waitlist is free to join and carries no commitment.
