Enterprise developers

Developers running several mega-projects hold tens of thousands of units across phases, brands and sales channels. Sakneen gives them one record per home across the whole portfolio, permissioned access for large in-house and brokerage sales organizations, and analytics computed from the transactions themselves.

The problem is coordination, not tooling

An enterprise developer usually has the systems already: a CRM, an ERP, a BI stack, a commercial model. What it does not have is agreement between them at the level of a single unit, which is why the sales floor, finance and the board reconcile by hand.

Sakneen supplies the object they can all agree on, then keeps it current in both directions with the systems already in place.

What changes

One inventory, many brands

Phases, brands and joint ventures sit in one record set with separate permissions and separate reporting.

Large sales organizations

In-house teams, external brokerages and sub-agent networks work from the same records with different visibility.

Frequently asked questions

Can Sakneen run alongside our existing CRM and ERP?
Yes — that is the intended configuration. Sakneen owns the unit record and synchronizes with the systems that own leads and the ledger.
How is access controlled across a large organization?
Permissions are per role, per project and per field, so a regional team, a brokerage and a management user see appropriately different views of the same records.
What does implementation look like at portfolio scale?
Projects are onboarded in sequence rather than all at once. The longest single-project onboarding on record is 14 days from signature to live inventory.
