Sales Cloud
Offers
Sakneen generates a client offer from the unit's live record and the payment plans approved for it. Price, plan, delivery date and specification are read rather than typed, so the document is correct by construction, produced in seconds, and logged against both the unit and the client.
Why hand-built offers cost more than time
An offer assembled from a template carries whatever the last salesperson pasted into it. The recurring failures are a superseded price, an unapproved payment plan, and a delivery date that no longer matches the contract — each of which is discovered by the client.
Generating from the record removes the class of error entirely, and the 7,400 hours saved at Al Burouj is the side effect rather than the point.
What an offer carries
| Field | Source |
|---|---|
| Unit specification and geometry | Unit record |

| Payment plan and instalment schedule | Plans the unit is eligible for |
| Delivery date and finishing spec | Unit record |
| Validity period | Offer policy configured by the developer |
| Issuing salesperson and client | Sales Cloud user and CRM client record |
Frequently asked questions
- Can offers be issued in Arabic?
- Yes. Offers can be generated in Arabic or English from the same record, using the templates and branding you configure.
- Can a salesperson override the price?
- Only within the discount authority you give their role. Anything beyond it requires approval, and the approval is recorded on the offer.
- What stops an expired offer being honoured?
- Each offer carries its validity period and is linked to the unit's state when it was issued, so an expired or superseded offer is visibly so rather than being indistinguishable from a live one.
