Digital masterplans

A Sakneen digital masterplan is an interactive version of your site plan where every plot, building, floor and unit is a clickable object linked to its live record. Availability, price, orientation and payment plan are read from the same data the sales team transacts on, so the map is never out of date.

From PDF to a live object

A masterplan PDF is a picture of a decision made months ago. It cannot show what is still available, it cannot price a unit, and it cannot be corrected once it has been emailed to a hundred brokers.

Sakneen redraws the masterplan as geometry linked to records. Each unit polygon references a unit record, so status changes propagate to the map the moment they happen — including on the tablet a salesperson is holding in front of a client.

How a masterplan gets built

  1. 01

    You send what you have

CAD, PDF, a rendered site plan or a unit schedule in a spreadsheet. Sakneen's team works from the source material you already hold.

  2. 02

    Sakneen digitizes the geometry

Districts, phases, buildings, floors and units are traced as addressable objects, each keyed to a unit code that matches your CRM.

  3. 03

    Records are linked

Every polygon is bound to its unit record, so price, availability, payment plan and delivery date are read live rather than baked into the drawing.

  4. 04

    It ships to every surface

The same masterplan renders on showroom screens, sales tablets, laptops and the broker portal, without a separate build per device.

What each unit carries on the map

Status
Available, held, reserved, contracted or delivered, read live from the unit record.
Price and payment plan
Current list price and every payment plan the unit is eligible for.
Geometry
Built-up area, land area, garden or roof allocation, and floor level.
Orientation and view
Aspect, view type and the position of the unit within its cluster.
Delivery
Contractual delivery date and finishing specification.
Media
Floor plans, renders and the unit's own gallery, attached to the record.

Frequently asked questions

Can the masterplan be embedded on our own website?
Yes. The same masterplan can be published to your public site with a restricted view — typically availability and price bands without internal fields — while the sales team sees the full record inside Sakneen.
What happens when a phase layout changes?
Geometry is versioned. Sakneen updates the affected polygons and relinks them to their records, so historical offers still resolve to the unit they were issued against.
Does it work offline in a showroom?
The masterplan renders on any modern browser and caches its geometry, but live availability requires a connection. In a showroom with unreliable connectivity, the last synchronized state is shown with its timestamp rather than silently going stale.
