Sakneen for Brokers

Lead routing

Sakneen routes a brokerage's incoming leads to the right agent by project, language, budget or availability, and records who owns each client. Sub-agent networks are modelled explicitly, so commission attribution rests on the record rather than on who remembers forwarding a message first.

How leads are assigned

By project

Leads for a project go to the agents who actually cover it and know its payment plans.

By capacity

Round-robin within a team, skipping agents who are at their active-client limit.

By language

Arabic, English or both, matched to how the client made contact.

Sub-agents, handled properly

Most Egyptian brokerages work through freelance sub-agents, and most commission disputes come from an ambiguous introduction. Sakneen records the introduction as an event on the client, with the sub-agent attached, so attribution is a lookup rather than an argument.

Frequently asked questions

Can sub-agents log in?
Yes, on the Network plan, with restricted visibility. A sub-agent sees the inventory they are permitted to sell and their own clients, not the brokerage's whole book.
Does routing work with our existing CRM?
Leads can be pushed to and pulled from your CRM through the API, so Sakneen routes and your CRM remains the system of record for the relationship if you prefer it that way.
