Sakneen for Brokers
Inventory access
Brokerages on Sakneen search live availability, prices and payment plans across every developer that has authorized them, in a single query. The records are the developer's own, so an agent quoting a unit is quoting what is actually for sale at the price it is actually listed at.
One search across developers
A client's brief is rarely about one developer. It is a budget, a delivery year, a district and a unit type — a query that a broker currently answers by opening a dozen PDFs from a dozen sources of different vintages.
Sakneen answers it in one search across the inventory you are authorized on, and every result carries its live status.
What you can and cannot see
Access is granted per project by the developer. A brokerage sees availability, published prices and the payment plans it is permitted to sell; it does not see the developer's internal pricing, other brokerages' clients, or projects it has not been authorized on.
Frequently asked questions
- How does a developer authorize our brokerage?
- The developer grants access per project from inside Developer Cloud, choosing the phases and the price fields your brokerage can see. Access can be changed or withdrawn at any time.
- How current is availability?
- It is the live record. When a developer's own salesperson holds a unit, it shows as held to your agents at the same moment.
