With regards to fully-finished homes, the valuation includes the finishing and is embedded in the price but excludes furniture. Finishing specs are assumed to be standard and price may differ depending on finishing conditions. Homes that are not fully finished, do not take into account finishing. We separately provide a calculator to help estimate the investment required to finish the home.
